Job description

This is a remote position.

Shift Boolean is seeking an experienced Native iOS Developer to be a part of our innovative team. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain native iOS applications that delight our users.

Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift/Objective-C.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise, build, test, and ship software that meets client needs.

Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and enhance application performance.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Ensure collaboration with UI/UX designers for an aesthetic and efficient design.

Comply with Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3-8 years of experience in native iOS development.

Proficient with Swift and Objective-C.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.

Solid understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.

Knowledge of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

Proficient with code versioning tools, such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.
