Job description

This is a remote position.

An industry leading recruiter of theatrical and production entertainment professionals is seeking a Recruiting Administrator to join our team. If you have a passion for theater or production and are great with organization, this is the role for you!


Job Responsibilities to include:
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and follow-ups.
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and documentation.
Help organize recruitment events and outreach activities.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and background checks.
Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
Other responsibilities as assigned



Requirements
• Basic understanding of production and theatrical installation industry
• Excellent organizational skills and self-starting attitude
• Ability to communicate with multiple types of people from Management to Installers
• Understanding of Databases, LinkedIn, Facebook, Constant Contact and other marketing tools
