Job Brief
Acuity Cloud Solutions is expanding! We are actively seeking Services Sales Manager – Oracle ERP Cloud to help drive the success of our growing ERP practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales leader with a strong background in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and services sales.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new ERP services opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge, partner relationships, and a strong understanding of client needs
  • Partner closely with Oracle field sales and channel teams to position Acuity’s ERP services as a strategic value-add during the software sales cycle
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in Oracle ERP Cloud during discovery calls, solution presentations, RFP responses, and scoping workshops
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and refine compelling ERP service packages that align with current market demands and customer priorities
  • Lead or support pre-sales activities including demos, capability briefings, proposal development, and contract scoping
  • Translate technical requirements into clearly defined implementation scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure realistic expectations and successful outcomes
  • Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and Oracle account teams to support long-term growth and account expansion opportunities
  • Contribute to revenue growth by bringing forward ideas for new service offerings and participating in go-to-market planning initiatives

Program & Services Development

  • Drive the strategic development and continuous refinement of Oracle ERP Cloud services offerings to meet evolving market demands and accelerate sales velocity
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery leadership to define go-to-market strategies and ensure offerings are clearly positioned to address key business challenges
  • Create scalable, repeatable delivery frameworks and toolkits that enhance delivery efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and support margin goals
  • Develop pre-packaged service accelerators and implementation bundles to support faster deal cycles and improved customer adoption
  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement to create content, collateral, and case studies that showcase our expertise and differentiate Acuity in the Oracle ERP Cloud space
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform future service design and roadmap planning
  • Support the growth of the ERP practice by participating in the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of high-performing consultants aligned to the strategic direction of the business

 

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) implementation experience
  • Proven success delivering full lifecycle ERP projects
  • 5+ years in cloud technology project management
  • 3+ years supporting services sales or directly selling ERP implementation services

Skills

  • Deep understanding of ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, or Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Skilled in gathering/documenting requirements and configuring ERP solutions
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident presenting virtually and in-person to clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with high levels of initiative
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Background in project management and service delivery



Other Job Details

  • Location: Remote (U.S. based); must have a home office with reliable internet
  • Travel: Up to 25% for client site visits as needed
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2
