Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Remote Online Customer Service Specialist to assist with hotel and travel bookings. In this fully remote role, you’ll respond to client inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth, positive travel planning experience. This is a commission-based, independent contractor position with the flexibility to work from home or anywhere with a stable internet connection.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding hotel and travel bookings via phone, email, or messaging platforms

  • Confirm booking details and ensure reservation accuracy

  • Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain organized booking records

  • Handle special requests, changes, or cancellations in a professional and timely manner

  • Recommend travel options that suit client preferences, budgets, and styles

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process

  • Stay informed on supplier updates, discounts, and accommodation offerings


Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online systems

  • Passion for travel and helping others plan unforgettable experiences

  • Fluency in English (bilingual is a plus)

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Access to a computer/smartphone and reliable internet connection

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
