Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hotel Booking Agent to assist clients in securing hotel accommodations for leisure and group travel. In this role, you will work directly with travelers to match them with the right properties based on their preferences, budget, and itinerary. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and enjoys providing helpful, professional travel support from a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their lodging needs, preferences, and budget

  • Research, recommend, and book hotel accommodations through approved platforms

  • Manage booking details including confirmations, upgrades, and special requests

  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding terms, policies, and changes

  • Provide post-booking support for modifications or cancellations as needed

  • Stay informed on hotel promotions, amenities, and destination options

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
