Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and service-driven Reservation Support Specialist to assist with managing travel bookings and client reservations. This remote position supports our travel advisors and clients by confirming trip details, handling changes, and maintaining accurate travel records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys supporting seamless travel experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, confirm, and manage client travel reservations across various platforms

  • Communicate booking details, changes, and updates to clients in a timely manner

  • Assist with processing modifications, cancellations, and special requests

  • Coordinate with suppliers and travel partners to ensure reservation accuracy

  • Monitor payment deadlines, travel documentation requirements, and itinerary confirmations

  • Maintain organized records of all client interactions and reservation updates

  • Escalate urgent or complex booking issues as needed


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with booking software or CRM systems

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment

  • Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
