Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior OutSystems Developer to join our technology team. As a senior member, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient digital solutions while ensuring best practices, performance, and security standards.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using OutSystems (Reactive, Traditional Web, Mobile).
Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on the OutSystems platform.
Integrate OutSystems applications with third-party systems via APIs, web services, and databases.
Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development standards.
Lead and mentor junior developers; provide guidance and technical oversight.
Manage deployments and version control using OutSystems LifeTime and other CI/CD tools.
Troubleshoot performance issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
Stay updated on OutSystems platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements

Requirements and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in software development.

3+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems development (Reactive Web and/or Mobile preferred).
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration protocols (REST/SOAP).
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

OutSystems certifications: Associate Reactive Developer, Professional Web Developer, Tech Lead (or equivalent).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and practices (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
UI/UX design understanding and experience working with Figma/Adobe XD.
