Responsibilities

Financial Performance: Achieve and maintain a 75%+ profit margin over a 6-month period.

Forecast Accuracy: Ensure financial results consistently fall within 10% of the company's monthly forecast over a 6-month period.

Financial Tools: Develop and implement a real-time funnel analysis dashboard for enhanced financial tracking and decision-making.

Revenue Optimization: Attain a revenue target of $50k+ per employee over a 6-month timeframe.

GAAP Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP financial planning and forecasting, specifically tailored for startups.

Crypto Finance: Leverage extensive experience in crypto finance accounting to optimize financial operations.

Requirements
