NOTE: This is a remote position; however, candidates must be physically located in Peru and authorized to work in Peru to be considered.
Position Overview:
The Onboarding Technician provides essential technical and configuration support to the Onboarding team for the successful implementation of our web-based case and document management system, Equinox. This role is primarily focused on system setup, data preparation, environment configuration, and internal documentation. Working behind the scenes, the Onboarding Technician ensures all foundational system elements are accurately configured in accordance with client requirements and internal standards.
This role works closely with the Senior Onboarding Technician and Onboarding Specialists to keep implementation projects on track, contributing to a seamless client experience.

Education and Experience: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
