Job description

A successful candidate will help our clients deliver results through the use of the Client's Evidence Platform. To do this, a successful candidate will support answering client questions regarding study implementation using the client's evidence platform and the science behind the platform as well as contribute to client research studies.

A successful candidate will support team members with the development and maintenance of internal and client-facing resources for adoption and use of the client's evidence platform.

A successful candidate will also support the development and maintenance of the client’s scientific assets, such as study templates and a definition library of clinical conditions. Additionally, a candidate will engage with members of the Science, Product, and Engineering teams to identify and fill gaps in knowledge and, in the process, indirectly aid clients in developing high-quality, real-world data evidence using the client's evidence platform.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency with English - writing and speaking
  • Ability to work US ET business hours (8 PM - 5 AM PST for 8 months, 9 PM - 6 AM PST for 4 months due to Daylight Savings), with the possibility of periodic EU hours (3 PM - 12 AM PST) after demonstrating proficiency and reliability.
  • Experience with Microsoft/Google Suite (e.g., pivot tables and filters in spreadsheets)
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking skills a ability to Juggle and prioritize competing tasks
  • Proactive and inquisitive (e.g., asking questions, learning new skills/ technology/software)
