Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification of 12th standard., Proficiency in English and Hindi at B2 level., Own a system with at least 4 GB RAM, i3 processor or above, running Windows 10., Reliable internet connection with minimum 5 MBPS speed..

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls via voice process.
  • Participate in video calls with operations and clients, ready with ID proof.
  • Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, with rotational weekly offs.
  • Complete registration and AMCAT test prior to client assessment.

Job description

  • Inbound Voice Process
  • Minimum Qualification : 12th      
  • Permanent Work from Home
  • Can be hired from any location except J&K and Srinagar
  • Has to be very excellent in English and Hindi Both. (B2 level)
  • Rotational Shift(include night shift as well)
  • Rotational week off
  • Initial 90 days no leave
  • Ops and client will be on video call. (google meet)
  • At the time of Ops and client the candidate has to be ready with ID proof.(Aadhar card)
  • System and Internet is must. (MAC book is not acceptable)
  • RAM 4 GB/i3 processor and above with Windows 10.
  • Uploading and Downloading speed should be above 5 MBPS. (No mobile hotspot).
  • The candidate’s registration and AMCAT test have to be done before the client assessment.
