Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance media buying (Gambling vertical required)
  • Proven experience with paid traffic sources, especially Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Experience in closing strategic deals with gambling brands
  • Understanding of traffic types, their sources, and effectiveness
  • Experience with various geos, especially EU
  • Familiarity with CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, Agency pricing models
  • Experience on both affiliate and brand/operator sides is a strong plus
  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Accountable, proactive, communicative
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills

Responsibilities:
  • Actively search for and onboard new advertisers and brands
  • Analyze competitors (sites, keywords, etc.) and suggest actions to stay competitive
  • Negotiate beneficial deals and build lasting relationships
  • Prepare and present strategic reports to stakeholders
  • Launch initiatives to increase traffic and ROI
  • Optimize current partnerships continuously
  • Analyze traffic quality for partnership improvement
  • Develop and negotiate contracts and align them with business operations
