Oracle EPM Planning System Analyst




What Will You Be Doing?

Oracle EPM Planning production support, forecasting cycle run-book, user support, and minor enhancements for multiple Planning modules of Workforce, Financials, Capital and Strategic Modeling. The ideal candidate would work closely with project leads, finance partners, and implementation consultants on a daily basis to support critical Finance forecasting processes and stakeholders. Work will include application and system maintenance, data validation, minor model enhancements, UAT, and Smart View reports.



What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
  • 3 -5 years of hands-on delivery / administration experience with Oracle EPM Planning, including form development, system maintenance, and data validation
  • Experience supporting regular forecast cycles with working knowledge of FP&A planning functions and processes
  • Experience administering Financial, Workforce, CapEx and Reporting frameworks in Oracle EPM Planning
  • Hands-on building of reports in web and Excel using Oracle SmartView for Office
  • Skilled in maintenance of Groovy calculation scripts, business rules, data loading, optimization, automation and backup/restore.
  • Ability to set standards on how to make changes in a production environment.
  • Experience in training end users in Web and Smart View capabilities


General Requirements
  • Strong communication skills: both written and oral
  • Comfort interacting with Finance users and Data Engineers o Daily overlap of at least 3 hours with US Pacific Time zone o Skilled in using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
