Fast growing, innovative IT company is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

Technical Recruiter’s responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. He/she will also network online with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Source potential candidates using a variety of search methods, including niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it



Requirements

  •  Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter for at least 1 years.
  •  Hands-on experience with various interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  •  Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) and familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or related field big advantage
