  • ATS Master: Get hands-on with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), learning how to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.

  • Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with our hiring managers and HR team, understanding their needs and building strong relationships.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our digital presence.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Passionate about HR and IT recruitment with a keen interest in data-driven recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with GenZ candidates.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
  • Familiarity with HR technologies and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • AI Savvy is bonus.
