The Role

We’re hunting for a Motion Graphics Editor who lives at the intersection of design, animation, and performance data. Your kinetic type, iconography, and 2D/3D sequences will turn raw concepts into thumb‑stopping ads that convert.


What You’ll Do
  • Animate high‑impact ads (5–30 s) for Reels/Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and display—crisp hooks, kinetic typography, seamless transitions, and branded lower thirds.

  • Create multiple variants (hooks, CTAs, languages, aspect ratios) for rapid A/B testing against CAC, ROAS, CTR, and watch‑time targets.

  • Integrate motion with live‑action—composite footage, track call‑outs to moving objects, and blend 2D/3D elements for extra punch.

  • Collaborate tightly with video editors, graphic designers, copywriters, and media buyers to align creative angles with campaign objectives.

  • Maintain asset libraries (style frames, icon sets, pre‑built transitions) to accelerate iteration and ensure brand consistency.

  • Stay on‑trend—translate cultural moments, meme formats, and platform‑native effects into fresh motion ideas before they peak.

  • Organize post‑production workflows—structured naming, version control, and archive hygiene for effortless scaling.



Requirements
  • 2+ years animating short‑form performance ads or social content.

  • Mastery of Adobe After Effects (essential) plus strong skills in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve; familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D is a bonus.

  • Sharp eye for typography, pacing, color, and mobile‑first composition.

  • Ability to read and react to ad metrics (CTR, thumb‑stop, watch‑time) and translate insights into animation tweaks.

  • Portfolio or reel featuring at least five direct‑response ads with measurable success.

  • Good English communication
