This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to support the creative and logistical execution of marketing initiatives across their client portfolio. Operating in the creative marketing industry, this dynamic agency has earned recognition for delivering bold, data-driven campaigns for visionary entrepreneurs and mission-led brands. Their work blends aesthetic creativity with performance strategies—and they are growing rapidly.

The right candidate will be energized by organizing workflows, curating content for social platforms, and supporting the seamless delivery of marketing projects across diverse client accounts.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain client files, schedules, and timelines to ensure deliverables are met.

  • Support social media content scheduling and publishing across platforms.

  • Post blogs, update basic website content using platforms like Squarespace and Showit.

  • Create light design/video content using tools such as Canva and CapCut.

  • Coordinate with team members via Slack, Asana, and Notion to keep tasks aligned and updated.

  • Assist with administrative marketing duties and reporting as needed.



Requirements

  • Experience with organizing marketing workflows, project calendars, and digital content schedules.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and posting tools.

  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as Squarespace or Showit.

  • Ability to use design and video editing tools like Canva and CapCut.


Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a marketing support or administrative role.

  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, WhatsApp, Asana, Notion.

  • Creative, organized, and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

  • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.

  • Fluent in English with excellent grammar and writing skills.

  • Own a laptop that can run Chrome and Office applications, and have access to a stable internet connection.
