Our client is a very well recognised brand, having been around for many years, specialising in a variety of products for our equestrian friends. Due to their continued success, they are looking for an additional team member to join their long-standing team.

As the role is remote, it is essential the new team member can prioritise their workload and be self-motivating. Full training and support will be given to all new team members, however, they are looking for someone with a background in sales administration, ideally in a ecommerce type setting, to ensure they hit the ground running.

  • Create and manage SKUs for new and existing products, ensuring consistency and correct categorisation across internal systems and external platforms.

  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure new launches are uploaded promptly and in line with campaign schedules.

Order Processing:
  • Receive, verify, and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining a smooth order flow from receipt to fulfilment.

  • Ensure all relevant customer and order information is captured correctly to minimise delays or errors in order handling.

  • Coordinate with the account management team to manage returns and customer queries, providing clear and timely feedback to internal teams and clients.

Account Management Support:
  • Assist with the onboarding of new supplier and customer accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation and system entries are completed accurately.

  • Liaise with the finance team to facilitate account setup, payments, and credit arrangements where required.

  • Provide administrative support to the account management team and customer service representatives to help resolve queries and enhance the overall client experience.

Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc sales and order reports for internal stakeholders, with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights.

  • Support leadership meetings with well-organised data sets and summaries that highlight trends, challenges, and performance metrics.

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visibility for sales and operations.

Sales Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the account management and sales teams to identify and support growth opportunities.

  • Help track progress toward sales targets and contribute to team efforts aimed at meeting or exceeding company revenue goals.

  • Assist in sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns by providing administrative and logistical support as needed.
