We are a digital marketing agency looking to hire a Search & Social Specialist for our Digital team. This role is responsible for leading Baidu SEO, SEM, and paid digital campaigns, while supporting content execution across key social platforms. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of SEM/SEO experience, sharp analytical thinking, and fluency in both English and Chinese, driving measurable performance for client projects.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

1.      百度SEO与SEM管理 / Baidu SEO & SEM Management

- 根据客户业务需求制定SEM/SEO投放策略,负责从策划、行到化的全流程管理。
- 独立管理百度
账户(如品牌区、搜索推广),行关键词策略、算分配、出价整与A/B测试

合百度站工具等平台,化网站构、内容和技SEO,提升自然搜索表

段性数据告,分析成效并提出化建

- Develop and manage SEM/SEO strategies based on client needs, covering planning, execution, and optimization.
- Manage Baidu paid search campaigns including Brand Zone and PPC with keyword strategy, budget control, bidding, and testing.
- Optimize content and technical SEO using Baidu Webmaster Tools to improve organic rankings.
- Provide data-driven performance reporting and actionable insights.

2.     社交媒体支持 / Social Media Support (Secondary)

- 行微信、抖音等平台的日常内容推广,配合奏增品牌可度。
- 关注社交
趋势极与用造健康的社群氛

- Support WeChat, Douyin, and other platform content operations to maximize brand visibility.
- Monitor social media trends and engage users to enhance community engagement.

3.     数据追踪与效果分析 / Performance Analysis

- 使用百度统计及第三方工具,追踪投放关(如CTRCPCROI)。
- 定期回
数据表出洞察驱动化方案。

- Use analytics tools to monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROI).
- Generate regular reports and propose optimizations based on performance trends.

要求 / Role Requirements

- 数字营销满热,具快速学与自我驱动能力。

有数据敏感度和逻辑,能独立分析数据、提出洞察。

秀的沟通能力,擅长团队协作与客户汇报

- Passionate about digital marketing, fast learner and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills and data sensitivity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with client-facing experience preferred.

最低 / Minimum Qualifications

- 本科及以上学,市场营销、广告、数字媒体相关专业优先。
- 至少2年百度SEO/SEM投放
经验,熟悉平台规则和工具。
- 熟
使用Excel及数据理函数(如VLOOKUP、PivotTable)。
- 中英文
面及口流利。

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Media preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Baidu SEO/SEM, familiar with platform tools.
- Strong Excel and data processing skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

- 有B端客或推广经验先。
- 熟悉Google Ads、Meta Ads等
海外媒体平台者先。

- Experience with B2B marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads or other global platforms is a strong advantage.
