Job Summary:

H.W. Kaufman Group is a powerful global network of companies dedicated to shaping the future of insurance. They are seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for managing the Salesforce platform and assisting businesses in implementing technology solutions effectively.


Responsibilities:

• Executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform

• Servicing IT ticket requests

• Auditing work processes

• Performing various IT administration tasks in support of the Kaufman business processes built on a Salesforce platform

• Assisting businesses in implementing technology solutions in a cost-effective manner by determining the requirements of a request

• Participating in the solutioning and design of requirements implementation

• Communicating results to/obtaining signoff from stakeholders

• Being the administrator for all the packages and features added on to the base platform


Qualifications:


Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or equivalent work experience

• Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience

• 5 or more years working with enterprise level Salesforce.com instance with at least 1,000 users

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and configuring on 1 or more Salesforce Clouds – Service Cloud/Sales Cloud/Experience Cloud/Marketing Cloud

• Strong understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies

• Hands-on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages

• Ability to create Salesforce Reports/Dashboards for business needs

• Prior experience Implementing Salesforce solutions in highly regulated industries

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality

• Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adaption

• Proficiency in some combination of the following skills

• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence

• Salesforce Lightning Experience interface

• Salesforce Data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Schema Builder)

• Deploying multiple components (100+) into different environments (Sandbox vs. Production)

• Mentoring junior Salesforce resources

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to explain technology in business terms


Preferred:

• Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus

• Experience in Administration of Enterprise Content Management systems such as Box, Egnyte is a plus
