As a People Business Partner at Fullsteam and strategic consultant to our business leaders, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work culture, and driving organizational success through effective talent management and employee engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, ensuring timely and accurate responses to HR inquiries.

  • Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Lead employee relations initiatives by assisting with investigations, resolving employee concerns, developing documentation, and promoting a positive work culture.

  • Proactively identify workplace trends and recommend HR interventions to address engagement, performance, and retention challenges.

  • Support talent management programs, including performance management, and leadership development.

  • Support initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and workforce optimization. Lead efforts to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.

  • Maintain regular communication with business unit leaders to understand team dynamics and provide support where needed.

  • Help maintain accurate employee records, support HR compliance efforts, and ensure alignment with company policies and labor laws.

  • Support change management efforts and help communicate initiatives effectively within the organization.

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with HR COEs to roll out company-wide initiatives such as learning programs and change management processes.

  • Work to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while staying abreast of changes and updates.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks related to employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and minimizing organizational exposure.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.

  • Takes ownership of challenges, driving solutions with supervision.

  • Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach by anticipating business needs and HR interventions.

  • Thrives in an evolving and high-energy work environment, adapting quickly to shifting business priorities.

  • Demonstrates agility in responding to changing business needs and HR challenges.

  • Experience with an HCM system, preferably Workday.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations.

  • HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP, CHRL) is preferred.

  • Primarily remote role with occasional in-office attendance required.
