Job description

We at AdvisaCare Home Health are seeking a self-motivated, driven Administrative Assistant in our Portage, MI, Location to support our Home Health.

** This will NOT be a remote position** In office only**!

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include:

  • Lead organization/company recruiting effort to meet organizational goals.
  • Act/work independently to achieve recruiting/staffing needs
  • Ensure all candidates are supported through the hiring process via collaboration with our clinical training team(s).
  • Work with our Compliance Director and Administrative Executive to assist in the onboarding compliance of new staff.
  • Work collaboratively with our leadership team to work creatively to develop new recruiting channels and processes to maximize efficiency and staff hiring.
  • Candidates will be required to fully understand the work we do by going through company orientation themselves to better connect with candidates through the interview process.
  • Must be knowledgeable of digital/virtual interviewing (Zoom/Google Meet).
  • Perform other duties assigned by VP/ED and other Supervisors.
  • Grow, train, and support other office specialists, as needed, over time.

Requirements

Experience with Google/Microsoft/Excel Required

Sales/Growth/Abundance Mentality Required.
