At Taskus, our AI Data Services team powers next-generation AI solutions for global clients. As an AI Data Operations Project Manager, you'll orchestrate AI services projects from conception to delivery, working at the intersection of data science, engineering, and business operations.

This role combines project management excellence with hands-on technical capabilities. You'll use tools and frameworks to automate workflows and generate insights while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions. Your adaptability will be essential as you navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end AI data project lifecycles including scoping and design, data annotation, model training pipelines, and deployment workflows
Coordinate cross-functional teams ( engineers, annotators, data scientists, business stakeholders) to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Create task templates and data pipelines, automate reporting, track metrics, and improve operational efficiency
Track and report on project KPIs including timelines, resource utilization, and ROI metrics
Identify process improvements and implement solutions to scale AI operations
Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories for team enablement
