Job Overview:

The Manager, Ticketing – Combat Sports & Golf will lead ticketing operations for fast-paced, high-profile live events across these two dynamic verticals. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, quick decision-making, and cross-functional coordination to deliver successful event setups, pricing execution, and inventory management. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment and can pivot and prioritize with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Setup & Execution:
  • Build and launch ticketed events in the POS system in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate partner requirements into executable configurations in the POS.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all event setups.
  • Inventory Oversight:
  • Monitor and update real-time inventory across channels, ensuring parity between partner communication and internal platforms.
  • Identify and resolve inventory or access issues rapidly, especially in the lead-up to onsales and event day.
  • Pricing Strategy Support:
  • Execute approved pricing plans and suggest adjustments based on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Monitor marketplace trends and contribute feedback to cross-functional pricing discussions.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track event sales and yield trends across combat and golf verticals.
  • Deliver regular updates on inventory status and pricing performance.
  • Flag revenue risks and propose mitigations.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership:
  • Serve as the day-to-day ticketing point of contact for combat and golf partners, including UFC, WWE, and others.
  • Liaise with sales, marketing, and product teams to align onsales, promotions, and channel distribution.
  • Collaborate with guest services and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in ticketing, event management, or sports business.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience; sports or entertainment background strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Excel; experience with Asana or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Strong operational skills with the ability to execute quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting partner demands.
