What You’ll Do: 

 

Are you a dynamic healthcare recruiter with proven experience in recruiting dentists, nurses, and allied and clinical healthcare professionals, ready to take charge of your pipeline and unlock unlimited earning potential? At Mission Box Technologies, we’re looking for a driven Healthcare & Dental Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment including dentists, nurses, allied health professionals, and other clinical specialists.

 

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Uncapped Commissions: 12-30% of revenue per successful placement
  • Fully Remote: Must have high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
  • Base Salary: $26,000 - $30,000 (discussed during screening)
  • OTE Range: $49,000 - $170,000+ annually
  • Placement-Driven Model: Total earnings depend on number and value of placements

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

Your base salary is guaranteed. Commissions are earned per successful placement and calculated as a percentage of the revenue each placement generates. Commission rates range from 12-30% of placement revenue, increasing with performance tiers.

Earning Tiers (Estimated Total Compensation):

  • Entry-Level Performer (0-12 placements): $26K-$49K
  • Mid-Level Performer (13-24 placements): $49K-$63K
  • Over Achiever (25-30 placements): $63K-$79K
  • Top Performer (31-36 placements): $79K-$118K
  • Elite Performer (37-42 placements): $118K-$142K
  • Off The Charts (43-48+ placements): $142K-$170K+

 

*Please note: While medical, 401k, or additional benefits are not included, the financial upside of uncapped commissions makes this role an exciting opportunity for high achievers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, qualify, and submit top candidates to meet client needs
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize ATS, sourcing tools, boolean search, Google x-ray, referrals, your LinkedIn network, and other creative tactics
  • Healthcare & Dental Talent Focus: Prioritize recruitment of dentists, nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical specialists
  • Candidate Engagement: Build pipelines, nurture relationships, and maintain clear communication
  • Client Collaboration (when needed): Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and close roles
  • KPI Management: Track weekly metrics and contribute to goal-driven performance culture
  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates and insights based on sourcing and placement data
 
Must-Haves
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in full-cycle Agency Healthcare recruiting, which was commission based.
  • 2+ years experience full-cycle recruiting and sourcing Dentists
  • Proven experience recruiting dentists, nurses, allied and clinical healthcare professionals
  • Proven ability to source and engage 100+ candidates/day
  • Skilled in the art and science of Boolean searches
  • Track record of meeting KPIs: 12–15 screens/week, 5–7 submissions/week
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Comfortable in virtual, camera-on environments
  • Excellent communicator with high energy and strong initiative
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain a social media recruitment strategy 

 

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience attracting new healthcare clients for dental, nursing, allied, or clinical recruitment services
  • Experience working in startup agency or recruiting company environment
  • Experience recruiting cleared Tech & GOVCON professionals
  • Strong commission sales/recruiting background
  • Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques
  • Prior experience recruiting for hospitals, government health, or long-term care
 
Work Setting & Expectations
  • Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours (EST preferred, flexible for other time zones)
  • 100% Remote (must have high-speed internet + dedicated workspace)
  • Frequent video meetings - professional attire and demeanor required
  • Extended time on computer, phone, and video calls expected
