What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain capital project budgets in collaboration with project managers and department heads.
  • Track actual project costs against approved budgets, identify variances, and maintain monthly reporting dashboard.
  • Ensure capital expenditures are accurately classified and recorded in accordance with accounting policies.
  • Coordinate capitalization of completed projects and monitor depreciation schedules for fixed assets.
  • Partner with FP&A and operational teams to support forecasting and long-term planning of capital investments.
  • Prepare monthly revenue accruals and journal entries related to masters royalties.
  • Assist in automating or improving royalties tracking and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate statement and payment delivery of royalties to clients based on contracted cadence.

Who You Are:

  •  3 or more years of experience in accounting.
  • Public accounting experience a plus.
  • B.S. degree in accounting or related financial field.
  • CPA is encouraged.
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Automate a plus.
  • A highly organized person that pays close attention to the details.
  • Strong communicator with presentation skills to engage, inspire and influence.
  • Proven leader who understands how to effectively delegate.
  • Self-motivator who can work independently.
  • Responsible and accountable individual who takes pride in team achievements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • 7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume frequently require extended working hours for evening and late-night events.
