This organization is the sole technology department responsible for providing mobile services to corporate clients. Understanding the corporate business, we plan, develop, maintain, and manage internal and external systems and vendors. We are looking for core members to participate in the business as we further expand our business to achieve our goal of becoming the No. 1 carrier.
The Business IT Group performs a wide range of tasks to support Rakuten Mobile's corporate business, including planning, system development, and maintenance.
This is a rewarding job where you can plan/develop systems and implement them in the field so that operations can be carried out efficiently while complying with laws and regulations.

Background
As the number of mobile lines for Rakuten Mobile increases, acquiring contracts for mobile lines and solutions for corporations, which are the core of Rakuten Mobile, plays an increasingly important role. We are seeking a Project Manager to plan, develop, and maintain the systems for operation services that support this corporate business.

Job Description
The Corporate Operations 2 Section is mainly responsible for the following tasks. You will be in charge of project management for each project and task within these areas:

Development and maintenance of internal systems: billing-related systems, business efficiency systems, report systems, etc.

Development and maintenance of billing systems: billing systems for MVNE/MVNO

Management tasks: managing outsourcing of customer information registration, changes, billing, and reminders to systems. Outsourcing management of system development, maintenance, and operation.

Basically, you will be required to come to the office and communicate face-to-face while working.
In addition, you can work from home up to once a week. You can also work in a flexitime system, so you can work in a way that suits your lifestyle.
Except for some internal meetings and communication with the Tech team, the work will be mainly in Japanese.

Working Environment
The team consists of members in their 30s to 50s. Each member utilizes their expertise and knowledge in a communicative group.
In addition, many people in their 20s also work as project members in cooperation with us.
All members of the Corporate Operations 2 Section are mid-career hires. More than 80% of the members have changed jobs from industries other than the telecommunications industry, and have various backgrounds.
The tools we use are as follows:
Salesforce, Soarsuku, KINTONE, BluePrism, DOMO, Rakuraku Meisai, Billing Management Robo, Google Cloud, ASTERIA, etc.
The main development environments are as follows:
OS - Linux/Windows, Language - PHP/Python, DB - mySQL/Oracle

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

3+ years of PM/PMO experience. Experience in planning, risk management, cost management, and problem-solving for large- and medium-scale projects.

3+ years of experience in system development or infrastructure construction and operation.

Knowledge of information security.

Communication Skills:

Smooth communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and report/propose to management and executives.

Japanese Language Proficiency:

Native level

Attitude:

A person with a spirit of challenge, who can respond positively even in difficult situations, and who is not afraid of change.

PMP (Project Management Professional).

Experience:

Experience in proposing to and supporting executives. Interest in and knowledge of communication technology, experience in AI and the latest technologies, information security, interest in and knowledge of communication technology, and work experience in the communication industry.
