JOB SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solution Lead to join a fast-growing team and play a key role in the design, development, and continuous improvement of a cutting-edge cloud-based platform.

Through a joint venture, ID8 is building AI-driven solutions to support Jabil's services division on a dynamic cloud platform. In this role, you will research and develop operational applications that power and enhance ID8’s Supply Chain Risk Management solution, the Resilience Hub, supporting its ongoing evolution.

Beyond technical development, you will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and ensure solutions are practical, impactful, and user-focused.

You will also take ownership of new feature development, managing projects end-to-end - from defining requirements and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to overseeing deliverables and ensuring timely execution.

Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop functional requirements through client interactions and create functional and non-functional requirements specifications, workflows, and user stories.
  • Develop and maintain customer applications, demos, and presentations for specific use cases on the company’s platform.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with customers
  • Assist leadership and sales teams in understanding and deploying the software solutions with clients, through technical briefings and on-site client meetings
  • Assess data security requirements and build necessary security features into the solution architecture
