Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Ensure all projects flow efficiently from stakeholder to the Creative Team and back out again
  • Manage the creative schedule, delegating resource and tracking live projects
  • Assign projects to create team members, ensuring smooth workflow and all project deadlines are met
  • Arrange kick-off meetings and ensure the Design Team have all information, tools and assets to deliver the project
  • Monitor current traffic processes and technology - improving current practices where required
  • Hold regular production meetings and status updates - to ensure all members of the Creative Team are on track to meet deadlines
  • Oversee project resources and assist with the management of freelance requirements and bookings
  • Assist the brand marketing team with coordination of projects from initial stages through to delivery
  • Manage weekly/monthly reporting projects - ensuring information is up to date
  • Support the Senior Creative Director with general administration and ad hoc special projects

Knowledge and Experience

  • Some experience of efficient and effective project/account management experience within a creative agency will be valuable
  • Working knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure while meeting deadlines
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, process invoices, track and monitor expenses
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to manage day -to- day relationships with all levels of Executives across the organisation

Working Conditions

  • This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
  • May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
  • Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
  • Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
