We're looking for a project-based Social Media Video Editing to help us create high-performing video content — primarily by repurposing and editing existing assets. You’ll work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director to bring our brand to life through engaging, social-first content.

Take raw footage from interviews, podcast-style content, and internal shoots, and edit into short-form videos using CapCut and other relevant tools
Use subtitles, dynamic cuts, b-roll, music, and memes to enhance storytelling and hook the audience quickly
Edit for speed, attention retention, and platform-specific trends — especially for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Select the best angles and soundbites to distill long content into 30–90 second highlights
Work closely with the CMO and content team to align on brand voice, format, and performance objectives
Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt formats accordingly
Occasionally support in organizing or assisting during shoots (optional, if available)
