Job description

The Opioid Epidemic is a public health crisis with a highly effective but underutilized clinical intervention - millions of Americans are physically dependent on Opioids but only 10% of those likely to have OUD actually access treatment. Bicycle Health addresses this gap by maximizing accessibility, affordability, and overall quality of care by enabling highly qualified clinicians to reach patients broadly and efficiently through our online platform.

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing on the roadmap for Bicycle Health’s engineering team teams. They’ll partner with business leads, UX research, and Clinical leads to understand both patient and internal users’ needs and define product solutions.

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full time (40 hrs)

Target Pay Range: $80,000-$95,000/per year-  Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

You can expect to:

  • Partner with Product team members to define and prioritize the product backlog for our engineering team.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the company to identify and capture internal team needs as they relate to your products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including members from Engineering, Marketing, Medical, Clinical Support, and Finance.
  • Show a mastery of using accountability mechanisms, goal-setting, communication, delegation, motivation, process, relationship-building and performance management to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Maintain a planning and preparation horizon that ensures a cohesive and impactful application of product to the business over the long term, not just addressing the needs of the moment.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and use cases that design and development teams can easily implement.
  • Work with our data team to set and monitor KPIs that measure your teams’ impact, and collect data to inform future iterations.
  • Proactively solicit and process end-user feedback as inputs for future projects.
  • Be a trusted partner to engineering, operations, business, and medical leadership, and become the go-to person for your product areas.\Regular and predictable attendance is expected.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualities we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience and bringing products to market required
  • Minimum 3 years leading a direct-to-consumer product required.
  • Healthcare experience is a strong plus, but not required. 
  • Proven ability to roll out complex product and workflow changes with minimal disruption.
  • Relentless focus on being data-driven in every step of the product life cycle.
  • Ability to confidently explain technical complexity, challenges and opportunities to stakeholders with different backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions and low-level technical discussions.
  • Experience working on mobile apps is a plus, but not required.
  • Consistent access to a private work environment with high speed internet and professionally appropriate surroundings for frequent video conferencing and a workstation setup conducive to remote work needs.
