Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff, Marketing to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing organization. This role will partner directly with the VP of Marketing to execute high-impact marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional alignment, and optimize performance across the team. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare or pharma, a track record of execution in fast-paced startups, and a passion for driving results across events, content, campaigns, and cross-functional integration.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on wearing many hats and wants to help scale an ambitious, mission-driven marketing function—while freeing the VP of Marketing to focus on strategy, innovation, and long-term brand vision.
