As a Manager, Client Loyalty on the Employee Solutions Integrated Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role by designing and executing our new client loyalty strategy to drive more meaningful levels of customer engagement and increased satisfaction and retention.
In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this Manager, Client Loyalty role, we are seeking a candidate with proven experience designing B2C loyalty and rewards programs to help advance our client engagement strategy. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a new client loyalty program for our more than 1 million clients with access to our services through their current/former employer
- Drive loyalty program strategy and execution through a phased implementation approach designed to test-and-learn before achieving scale
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engagement Center, Growth Marketing and Legal & Compliance to better understand functional and legal limitations and permissibility of desired strategy
- Actively partnering across Marketing, including with Consumer Insights to refine loyalty program design based upon external research and customer feedback
- Lead program performance analysis and reporting, including customer segmentation, program level impact (including return on investment and profitability), customer demographics, and benefits usage
- Maintain high accountability to key business metrics including but not limited to retention/cancellation rates, lifetime value, NPS, and CSAT
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Past experience with B2C loyalty programs which have included tiers, offers and/or rewards structures
- Highly collaborative teammate with ability to work cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes
- Strategic problem solver, able to see the big picture and chart the path to get there through analytical and creative thinking
- A deep understanding of consumer sentiments and behaviors
- A data storyteller who can clearly and confidently articulate testing hypothesis and performance outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop creative and alternative solutions
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal direction
- Change agent with a willingness and curiosity to challenge the status quo
Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $82,200 - $109,600. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
