Automation Anywhere, a global leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA), is seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join the COO Office as a Strategic Programs & GTM Content Manager. In this high-impact role, you’ll operate at the intersection of storytelling, program execution, and go-to-market strategy—partnering directly with the COO and senior leaders to drive key initiatives that shape our growth and operational excellence. You’ll craft compelling GTM content, lead cross-functional programs, and play a critical role in bringing our strategic vision to life. Who you’ll report to:

This role will report to our VP, Corporate Operations (Office of the COO)

Location: 

Hybrid role – Regular onsite workdays in our San Jose, CA required

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Developing executive-level pitch decks and GTM presentations that clearly articulate strategy, value propositions, and differentiated positioning—delivered with a strong narrative and visual clarity
  • Creating compelling, story-driven content to support sales enablement, marketing campaigns, product launches, and field communications—tailored to audiences ranging from C-suite to frontline sellers
  • Leading cross-functional, strategic initiatives that support the COO’s priorities—from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution, measurement, and reporting
  • Acting as a thought partner to the COO, helping to translate high-level business goals into clear operational plans, executive communications, and scalable frameworks that guide execution across the org
  • Leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to build business cases, influence GTM strategy, and drive content development with credibility and precision
  • Ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables by applying strong program management skills, coordinating across multiple teams, and aligning diverse stakeholders to common goals

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Management Consulting, Strategic Program Management, or similar roles with exposure to executive-level workstreams
  • A proven ability to craft strategic narratives and develop content that drives engagement and business alignment
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a sharp eye for detail and executive polish
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving outcomes without direct authority
  • A background in the SaaS or tech industry, with a strong understanding of GTM motions and customer lifecycles

The base salary range for this position is $155,000 – $170,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
