We are seeking a talented and experienced Augmented Reality (AR) Specialist/Developer to join our team for a cutting-edge project involving the maintenance and training of Alara complex equipment. Your role will be crucial in developing immersive AR experiences that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and training effectiveness in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AR applications tailored for industrial training and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate closely with product, training, and engineering teams to translate complex technical processes into intuitive and interactive AR solutions.
Integrate AR with mobile (iOS/Android) or web-based platforms for accessibility and scalability.
Work with 3D models, animations, and interactive elements to create realistic and user-friendly AR interfaces.
Troubleshoot and maintain existing AR applications to ensure high performance and user satisfaction.
Research and propose innovative uses of AR technology to support business objectives.
Ensure AR experiences are aligned with safety, operational, and usability standards.

Requirements

Experience

Proven experience in AR development, with a strong portfolio of AR projects (preferably in industrial, training, or maintenance contexts).

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AR SDKs and platforms such as Unity (with AR Foundation), ARKit, ARCore, or Vuforia.
Strong understanding of mobile app development (iOS/Android) and/or WebAR frameworks.
Familiarity with 3D modeling and tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) is a plus.
Experience in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Swift, or Kotlin.
