The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-motivated Senior Human Resources Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact. In this strategic and tactical role, you’ll lead all HR efforts across the company. You are comfortable wearing many hats and managing competing priorities. 


Location: Remote within the United States 


Responsibilities

Recruiting 

  • Develop compliant job descriptions based on hiring needs across various departments and post to targeted platforms. 
  • Maintain and manage talent pipelines for upcoming needs. 
  • Partner with hiring managers and proposal team to understand contract needs, role responsibilities, and urgency. 
  • Review resumes and applications, screen candidates, and facilitate interview scheduling/communication with hiring managers. 
  • Identify and implement improvements in recruiting processes. 
  • Counsel candidates on the interview and hiring process. 

Benefits 

  • Manage benefit administration, employee enrollment, and qualifying life events. 
  • Facilitate, manage, and execute annual Open Enrollment including after actions. 
  • Work in close partnership with Third-Party Administrators, benefit brokers, and benefit providers to ensure compliant and competitive benefits to employees.  

Employee Experience 

  • Coordinate annual performance management and compensation review cycle within HRIS system. 
  • Implement employee status changes coordinating closely with accounting and other relevant personnel. 
  • Provide support for employees by addressing questions and resolving issues related to procedures, benefits, and general troubleshooting. 
  • Guide new hires through the full onboarding journey, from offer acceptance to orientation, ensuring a seamless handoff to their project lead, with follow-up check-ins to support success. 
  • Coordinate and manage all employee separation and offboarding activities and documentation to ensure a smooth transition. 

Compliance 

  • Register for and maintain compliance with state and local tax accounts as applicable, working in close coordination with accounting and the payroll company. 
  • Maintain employee digital files, ensuring record keeping and accuracy. 
  • Respond to inquiries from external stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources field 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. Vaultes does not provide visa sponsorship. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Impeccable attention to detail  
  • Organized while working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Fluent with technology 
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work well under pressure 
  • Ability to work effectively within ambiguous situations 
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HR & Payroll systems

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Capable of operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers 

This is a Full-Time, W2 position. Corp-to-Corp and 1099 ineligible.
