\nWe are seeking a PMO Leader to take charge of enterprise-wide program management, provide strategic direction to the project management team, and lead transformational initiatives across our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in program-level oversight, resource planning, and enterprise systems implementation—who is also willing to get hands-on with the work and lead by example.
You will manage a portfolio of concurrent initiatives, direct a team of Project Managers, and oversee cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Executive and Corporate teams. The role demands strong leadership, structured execution, and communication skills, alongside a deep understanding of enterprise technology projects and integrations.

Ensure existing executive and operational level dashboards are accurate and being utilized to manage and report on the status of the work. Ensure standardized processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance PMO efficiency.
