Deliver editable, documented, multi-ratio templates that protect brand consistency while remaining fast and flexible for everyday use.
Phase 1 Deliverables (Master Layout Build)
We want a focused build: ~15 designer-built Master Canva Layouts that our internal team can duplicate into additional pages, sizes, and campaign variants.
Definitions
Master Layout Families & Counts (finalized at kickoff)
1. Blog Hero / Feature (2 masters + background/element set)
Base 16:9 wide hero w/ safe crop guides for blog, OG/social, and 1:1. Includes Title text block styles (short / long), Category tag chips, and 5 branded background options (solid, gradient, pattern/hex, photo-tint, data grid). Designed so marketers can swap backgrounds per post.
2. LinkedIn Single Tiles (3 masters: Stat, Quote/Testimonial, Promo)
Built at 1:1; we’ll duplicate to 4:5 internally. Supports fast copy updates, optional photo/ avatar drop zone.
3. LinkedIn Carousel Starter (2 masters: Cover, Content Slide)
Consistent headline + pagination cues. Team duplicates slides as needed.
4. Email Header & Promo Banner (2 masters)
Newsletter masthead + Promo strip. Desktop grid w/ mobile-safe zones; dark‑mode friendly overlays.
5. Event / Webinar Promo (2 masters: Speaker Highlight, Date/Countdown)
Speaker photo masks (hex/circle) + copy areas. Ratio usage guide (16:9, 1:1, 4:5, 9:16) so we can self-export.
6. Metrics / Case / Testimonial Cards (2 masters)
Big Stat + Multi-Stat/Quote hybrid. Used for case study snippets, campaign results, testimonials.
7. Story / Vertical Background (1 master)
Branded 9:16 background frame w/ headline & CTA zones; adaptable for Reels, Shorts, Stories.
