Job description

Job Title: Power Platform Developer (Junior to Mid-Level)
Location: Remote
Clearance: DoD Secret Clearance or Above

Responsibilities:

Develop and integrate Power Platform solutions, focusing on continuous process improvement and digital modernization.
Utilize Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to establish, document, and deploy new online processes and best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert, assisting users in troubleshooting application challenges.
Deliver virtual demos and training sessions of Power Platform solutions to clients at all levels of leadership.
Generate, update, and maintain critical reporting using the M365 application suite.
Utilize M365 office tools for collaboration, project management, and client engagement.
Analyze data in various Microsoft Excel formats to support asset management and resource tracking.
Learn to leverage the client's customized M365 Teams instantiation for major client deliverables and train fellow users.

Required Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or three years of directly applicable professional experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with M365 cloud application suite.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to deliver high-visibility solutions autonomously.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration preferred.
Proficiency in Power Platform with emphasis on Dataverse, model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular 6+.
Experience in facilitating collaboration sessions and ensuring efficient use of information systems.
Strong analytical skills to support process improvement and analysis projects.
Ability to translate complex concepts into concise processes and plans.

Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to work sitting or standing at a desk or conference table for extended periods.
Access to resources for telework.
Ability to walk in the office, attend meetings, or retrieve documents.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
