A DAY IN THE LIFE
We’re seeking a seasoned, strategic digital marketing leader with a proven track record of driving measurable growth in complex B2B or consulting environments—ideally at public companies with $1B+ in annual revenue. This role requires both vision and execution, blending hands-on digital expertise with leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation as we become a thought leadership powerhouse.
Lead Digital Strategy & Execution: Design and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to expand market reach, drive lead generation, improve conversion, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Performance Marketing & ROI: Combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to help execute and influence high-impact, data-driven campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, paid social, automation, and more.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing MarCom team, fostering collaboration across marketing functions including paid media, Salesforce, video content, content marketing, and creative design. Key partnerships with SVP, Brand and Content lead, business line Marketing Directors, Creative Director and Corporate Comms. Opportunity to scale digital team and hire the right talent.
Optimization & Analytics: Continuously analyze and optimize digital performance across platforms—monitoring engagement, conversions, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
Strategic Innovation: Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making. Identify and implement innovative tools, channels, and processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business unit marketing leaders, creative teams, and external partners to ensure consistency and scalability across digital initiatives.
Technology & Platforms Oversight: Oversee Website/CMS, CRM, MarTech stack, and marketing automation platforms. Hands-on familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.
Project & Budget Management: Manage departmental budget, prioritize high-impact projects, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Balance rapid-response tasks with long-term strategic initiatives.
Quality Control & Brand Discipline: Oversee message consistency and quality in all digital content, including web, display, and email communications.
Culture & Operations Support: Contribute to the enrichment of our digital culture and operational excellence, including onboarding, process improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

Key Qualifications & Experience
10+ years in digital marketing, including 5–7 years building and managing high-performing teams.
Deep experience in public-facing digital strategies across SEO (including AI/keyword evolution), paid media, content, marketing automation, CRO, and analytics.
Successful history of managing digital transformation, launching new websites, implementing and evaluating MarTech stacks, and optimizing ROI.
Highly analytical with fluency in Salesforce, Google Analytics/GA4, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Experience leading strategic content-led lead generation programs across global markets is highly desirable.
Background working with international audiences and multi-language content is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Skills & Attributes
