Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and implement solutions that enhance our network operations. If you have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality network services, we invite you to apply and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional connectivity and support to our organization.

  • Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels
  • Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
  • Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
  • Cooperation with other support teams within entire organization
  • Building-up and contributing to Knowledge Base

Qualifications
  • Primary support for WAN, LAN, WiFi issues
  • Familiarity with IT Network basic topics
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player (international environment)
  • Stress-resistance
  • Willingness to learn
