Job Description

Join our dynamic HR service team! We are looking for a proactive and analytical HR Specialist to provide exceptional support within Associate Management, specifically for our Czech and Slovakian-speaking partners. This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing HR processes and ensuring precise administration of employee relations.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

►  Operational Support: Screen, process, and forward incoming requests within the Associate Management team according to defined work instructions. Ensure the maintenance of all relevant data in the corresponding IT systems for this specific area.

►  Data Management & Reporting: Gather, complement, and treat required data, reports, statistics, and presentations (generally in English) based on existing templates.

►  Document Preparation: Prepare contract modifications and job descriptions, taking into consideration company and local regulations.

►  Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a contact partner for topics of expertise, proactively searching for information regarding legal, governmental, and tariff changes in Associate Management. Provide further clarification regarding content and technical realization of topics, not limited to the HRS department.

►  Process Optimization: Analyze existing standard processes within the area and work on solutions to optimize and guarantee their best execution. Coordinate new and further procedures with superiors and customers.

Qualifications

►  Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.

►  Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in personnel administration (SAP experience preferred).
  • Experience in a multinational environment, ideally within a Shared Service Center.

►  Personality:

  • Analytical mindset and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

►  Working Practice:

  • Ability to make decisions and select solutions self-sufficiently based on your analytical skillset.
  • Capable of coordinating across hierarchical levels for routine questions within the area of expertise.

►  Languages: Advanced (C1) Hungarian, English, and Czech/Slovakian skills (written and spoken).
