Finance & Restructuring Corporate Trust Associate

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Finance & Restructuring Corporate Trust Associate for a PERM role with our client in Minneapolis, MN. This role is 50% remote.
 
Summary:
Client is actively recruiting a corporate trust associate to join the Finance & Restructuring practice group. We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of transactional experience to represent financial institutions and corporate trust clients on a variety of corporate trust transactions, which may include structured finance (RMBS, CMBS, and ABS), municipal debt, corporate debt issuances and transactions, finance facilities, and document custody

Ideal candidates will have experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a variety of transactional agreements, which may include trust indentures, loan, account control, agency, custodial, pooling and servicing, servicing, disbursement, master services, non-disclosure, and other related or similar agreements. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing, review, analysis, and negotiation skills, superior academics, sophisticated communication skills, exceptional client focus, the ability to manage multiple transactions and assignments, and work as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation:
Yearly Salary $170,000 to $280,000
 
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
