As a Spanish Speaking Recruiter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting them in securing the right job placements. Responsibilities
  • Source and engage with candidates via various platforms, including social media and job boards.
  • Conduct initial conversations and screenings with candidates in Spanish to evaluate their qualifications.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to gain insights into job requirements and preferences.
  • Document and track candidate interactions and recruitment processes in our systems.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop recruitment skills and best practices.
  • Stay current on industry trends to enhance your recruiting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • No prior recruitment experience is required; eagerness to learn is important.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates.
  • Interest in the recruitment industry and a desire for professional growth.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and social media for candidate sourcing.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A reliable internet connection and a comfortable workspace for remote work.
  • Commitment to participating in training programs to enhance your recruitment skills.
  • Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Greece ( paid relocation )
