In this pivotal Junior role, you will be the primary contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with a range of inquiries related to our streaming services. Your fluency in French will be essential in providing outstanding support and ensuring an exceptional viewing experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions about streaming services, content availability, and account management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer experience
  • Provide information on new features, promotions, and updates
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on our services and technologies

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry
