Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality Department for one of our clients! This dynamic Entry Level position is ideal for tech enthusiasts who are eager to provide exceptional customer service to our Czech-speaking clients as they immerse themselves in our innovative virtual and augmented reality products.

In this role, you will be the go-to support for clients, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through our offerings. Your dedication and ability to communicate effectively will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients enjoy a seamless experience with our immersive solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to virtual and augmented reality products
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective, timely solutions
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve more complex client issues

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal

  • Basic understanding of virtual reality and augmented reality technologies is a plus
