In this Entry Level role, you will provide essential support to our Portuguese-speaking clients who rely on our virtual assistant services. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be key in assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions related to virtual assistant services and features
  • Document client interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex client issues
  • Provide detailed information on how to utilize our virtual assistant services effectively
  • Gather client feedback to help improve service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our offerings

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a virtual assistance or related field
