Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Portuguese via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist content creators with questions related to platform functionality and features
  • Accurately document client interactions and resolutions in our support system
  • Work closely with internal teams to address client feedback and concerns
  • Guide clients on best practices for content creation and platform utilization
  • Participate in continuous training to remain up-to-date with platform upgrades and changes

Requirements
