Salary range: Rs 350000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 3.5-6 LPA)

We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Virtual Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with partners and distributors through online channels such as video calls, email, and messaging platforms. This role involves understanding partner requirements, offering tailored financial solutions, and promoting services such as wealth management, mutual funds, insurance, and investment consulting. You will also work closely with the sales team to explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners via digital platforms.
  • Understand partner objectives and provide personalized financial product recommendations.
  • Resolve partner concerns and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners and provide necessary product and platform training.
  • Ensure all interactions and processes are in line with regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in relationship management, partner handling, or financial advisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Background in sales, wealth management, or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking partner interactions and managing workflows.
  • NISM certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to financial products like PMS, AIF, and Mutual Funds will be an advantage.
