As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders in the Technology and / or Operations function, providing guidance and support on critical HR issues such as talent planning, organizational design, and transformation initiatives. You will help leaders identify and address HR challenges within their businesses, developing solutions that align with their overall goals and support a global workforce.
